The proximity to the train station was very convenient, just a short walk away. , the staff member who welcomed us was friendly and provided us with helpful information and a map. the room we stayed in was newly renovated and in great condition.
There were a couple of negative aspects during our stay. the noise levels during the night and in the morning were quite high, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The owners of this hotel went above and beyond to ensure a seamless check-in experience for us. Despite a 9-hour delay, they stayed up late to greet us and even checked on our delayed train arrival. Their level of communication and initiative was exceptional. The hotel itself was clean, cozy, and conveniently located close to the train station and seaport. We were able to explore Cinque Terre, Portovenere, and La Spezia with ease. Although there were some minor drawbacks, such as a blocked window and intermittent internet, the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for its attentive owners and convenient location.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, just a short walk from the train station, making it a convenient base for exploring the nearby Cinque Terre. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and I particularly appreciated the free coffee and WiFi available to guests. they had helpful resources like train and ferry schedules, as well as a map of the area, which made navigating my way around much easier.
One thing that could have been better is the breakfast offering. It was quite light, consisting only of a cup of cappuccino and a pastry.
